1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Triply mobile application or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Triply is an offline-first Android application designed to track group travel expenses, split bills among travel companions, log multi-payer entries, set budget caps, and calculate minimum debt settlement transfers.
3. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
Triply provides debt calculations based on figures manually entered by users. Users are responsible for ensuring that all logged expenses, payer contributions, and participant splits are accurate before executing actual monetary payments between companions. Triply is not a banking institution and does not execute financial transactions directly.
4. Account Security & Cloud Sync
If you utilize Google Sign-In for cloud backups, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. Backup data stored in Cloud Firestore is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, logos, visual designs, brand names, and greedy settlement algorithms associated with Triply are the exclusive intellectual property of Chainspair.
6. Data Deletion Rights
You have the right to request deletion of all your stored data and account records at any time. Instructions for in-app deletion and web requests are outlined on our User Data Deletion Page.
